Sandra Machado, an urban forestry student at Ouachita Job Corps, rakes leaves Tuesday as she and classmates clean up after trimming the large oak tree at the Garland County Court House. Jerry Pogue, administrative assistant to County Judge Rick Davis, said the crew cut out some dead wood and thinned some limbs. They will later install support cables for limbs that are at risk of breaking.
