Arthur Lee Anderson was born June 17, 1944, to parents Virgil and Verdie Calhoun Anderson in Hot Springs, Ark. He passed away Sunday, Aug. 21, 2022.
Arthur was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Faye Anderson Hildreth; and Lawrence May, who was raised as a brother.
He is survived by his son, Derrick Anderson of Houston, Texas; brother, Roy Anderson Sr. of Kansas City, Mo.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Arthur's home going celebration will be at 2 p.m. at Brandon's Mortuary, in Malvern, Ark., on Saturday, Aug. 27, 2022. A visitation will be held from 1 p.m. that afternoon at the funeral home.
