The city's economic development contractor will continue as the exclusive clearinghouse for proposals to redevelop the Majestic Hotel property.
The $112,500 contract the Hot Springs Board of Directors authorized Tuesday night requires proposals to be rated and ranked by Hot Springs Metro Partnership before the board acts on them.
