Board will consider residential parking permits for downtown

Downtown residents would pay $1,000 a year to park in one of the more than 250 on-street spaces the Hot Springs Board of Directors designated as priority parking under an ordinance the board will consider Tuesday at its final meeting of the 2023-24 term.
