After six years, "Ichi-go Ichi-e," a mural that honors Hanamaki, Japan, Hot Springs' sister city, has been completed by Giuseppe Percivati, the artist known as Pepe Gaka, with one of the finishing touches courtesy of visitors from Hanamaki.
