Hot Springs senior Beth Ann Mullenix is a 6-foot-tall shooting guard for the Lady Trojans basketball team.

Lady Trojans head coach Josh Smith said Mullenix has a bright future ahead of her.

"I have known her since she was in third-fifth grade," Smith said. "I saw the tall girls walking by and since then we have been buddies ever since. She has always been somebody I have kept in the gym trying to get her to shoot the ball as much as she possibly can. Just watching her mature and becoming a leader this year with the girls has been fun."
