Revised draft of zoning code retains manufactured home regs

Manufactured homes won't be permitted in residential districts under the zoning code draft the Hot Springs Planning Commission considered Thursday.

The draft retained the current code's overlay scheme, limiting the placement of manufactured homes to about two dozen areas.
