City applies for federal housing funds

The city wants to increase its stock of affordable housing by converting vacation rentals to residential units.

The consent agenda the Hot Springs Board of Directors adopted Tuesday night included an authorization to apply for federal funds the city could use to incentivize more long-term rentals.
